- Defective Items (Within 30 Days) – A full refund will be issued if the item is found to be defective within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Defective Items (After 30 Days) – Refer to our Warranty Policy. Sikinta reserves the right to decide between refund, repair, or replacement with an identical product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Incorrect Orders – Due to the high volume of shipments, we cannot accept returns for items ordered mistakenly or with incorrect part numbers.
- Large Orders – Orders over $1000.00 USD are non-cancellable.
- Special Exceptions – If a return is approved as an exception to the above rules, a restocking fee will be assessed.
Core Exchanges
- Credit – We offer an exchange credit for most non-working units, applied as a dollar amount off a current order.
- Process – The credit takes effect after the defective items are sent in and results in a discount from the original sale price of the item to be purchased.
- International Buyers – Sikinta reserves the right to not offer an exchange for international buyers due to shipping and customs costs.
